TumblyByLaura started as a little dream with a lot of sparkle! I wanted to create personalised gifts that bring joy, while showing my children that every dream is possible if you work hard enough. From tumblers and bottles to snowglobes and sublimation creations, each item is handcrafted with love, magic, and a little glitter — made just for you!

All items sold by TumblyByLaura are handmade and made to order. Each product is created individually based on the personalisation provided by the customer. Because of this, no two items are exactly the same — that’s the magic ✨
⏱️ Processing & Creation Time
As all items are personalised, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made before dispatch (unless otherwise stated).
During busy periods (holidays, sales, custom requests), this may take slightly longer — but I promise it’s worth the wait.

📸 Image Uploads & Quality
Customers are responsible for uploading high-quality images suitable for printing.

Screenshots, blurry, or low-resolution images may result in a lower-quality print

Refunds will not be issued for poor print quality caused by low-quality images
If an image is unsuitable, I may contact you before creating your item.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help resolve it.
🧼 Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided with each item.
Failure to follow care guidance (e.g. dishwasher use when hand-wash only is advised) may result in damage, and refunds will not be offered in these cases.
🚚 Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the chosen courier. TumblyByLaura is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
All items sold by TumblyByLaura are handmade and personalised to the customer’s specifications.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they understand that personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
Any unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes raised for personalised items will be challenged with supporting evidence, including order details, uploaded files, communication records, and proof of dispatch.
Customers are encouraged to contact TumblyByLaura directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
